Amanda Watson | Community Manager
I am a dedicated and experienced property manager with nearly 10 years in the residential multifamily industry. I strive to build strong lasting relationships with residents and provide them with a memorable living experience. I moved to Atlanta in 2022 with my husband and our dog, who is the sweetest girl. I love family, hiking, Italian food, and the beach.

Cody Taylor | Personal Leasing Consultant
Most of Cody's experience comes from single family rentals in leasing and maintenance. Within the leasing realm, Cody worked as a senior sales/ leasing agent to rent out homes to residents via cold calls, emails, video introductions and lead a team to ensure future residents found the home of their dreams. Cody then entered the maintenance field where he managed portfolios of houses and contractors to ensure the homes were in tip top shape for the residents. Outside of property management, Cody was a pet training instructor for a few years where he taught families positive reinforcement training techniques while utilizing his psychology degree through beginner, intermediate and all the way up to therapy dog training. Outside of work, Cody enjoys playing video games, jigsaw puzzles, and he is an avid fantasy/ thriller reader. His favorite books are from Harry Potter to The Shining. Cody also enjoys being outdoors.

Rachel Bohling | Personal Leasing Consultant
Rachel has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years; she broke into the sales field within the past couple of years. While leasing may be exciting, new territory problem solving, communication, and forming connections are well honed skills in Rachel's arsenal. She loves seeing movies in theaters and watching TV with friends. She grew up outside of Nashville where her family still lives. After living in Salt Lake City for several years, Rachel visits her family as often as possible. She loves to do various crafts and adore hosting family and friends for dinner parties, game nights, and theme parties. Rachel is all about laughing, good food, and memories. She wants to travel the world more and experience all this life has to offer!

Matthew Anderson | Maintenance Supervisor
Matt is the Maintenance Supervisor at 915 Glenwood. He has been with Wesley Apartment Homes for 8 years and has experience in all classes of properties. He is a very knowledgeable, detailed oriented person, and offers customer service above expectations. He is a sports fan and LOVES Chicago Cubs, Atlanta United, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and FSU. In his time off, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs. Matt always has a side project going on in his home. We are happy to have Matt as part of our Wesley Team!

Marcus Lockhart | Maintenance Technician
Marcus comes to us with over 15 years of experience in maintenance. He loves interacting with residents and always has a smile on his face. When he is not working, he enjoys watching football with friends and family. While providing great customer service, he is also certified in EPA. If you see him around the property say HI!

Torrey Gilmore | Maintenance Technician
Originally from Atlanta, Cory brings eight years of hands-on experience along with a strong, goal driven work ethic to the team! Cory takes pride in solving problems efficiently and contributing to a positive, reliable work environment. Outside of work, Torrey enjoys watching scary movies, comedies and wrestling.
