Phenomenal Place to Live
I’d like to share with all who take the time to read this review my experience at 915 Glenwood. I’ll begin with staff, particularly ... Joseph. He has been phenomenal to work with. He was extremely responsive and helpful with creating a phenomenal experience for my family. He listened and helped us find solutions for various challenges from utilizing the common area for a graduation party, helping us with repairs, and more. The facilities are top notch. The exercise facilities, the common area, parking and the apartments are so nice. It is close to all one needs from the beltline to grocery shopping, from movies to nice shops. There is also access to I-20 and I-75. It is convenient to the Atlanta University Center, Georgia State, Downtown, and Mid-town. I highly recommend this apartment complex. My wife and I toured the property with Joseph giving us the tour. It was a wonderful experience and Joseph was courteous, ... friendly and helpful in answering our questions. Beyond that, he kept us updated on new availabilities as we were looking for a specific floor plan. If we had not decided on living in a different location, our first choice would have been 915 Glenwood. Most of the credit for that should go to Joseph for his professional yet friendly approach. We will certainly come back here if we need an apartment in the future and will gladly refer this property and Joseph to any of our friends. We have enjoyed our time at 915 Glenwood; the amenities are great and staff is overall helpful and friendly. Maintenance ... response has been excellent. In particular, we have had help from Marcus several times while living here for various issues, and he has always been extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. Second year living at 915 Glenwood and has overall been a positive experience. The real gem of this complex is the maintenance ... team however. Marcus is a boss and one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I've met. Atlanta has had a rough year with hurricanes, winter freeze, city wide utility outages, but Marcus has been very quick and responsive in helping get everything back in order as best he can.
